CANCELATION POLICIES : For reservations made through our website at WWW.MINAGUESTHOUSE.CA OR OTHER ONLINE SOURCES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WWW.BOOKING.COM & IT'S ALLIANCE BOOKING PLATFORMS ,WWW.AIRBNB.COM, EMAIL & PHONE RESERVATION OR ANY OTHER BOOKING SOURCE THAT RESERVATION IS MADE FROM 30% deposit charged at the time of booking or full amount if promotional rate is provide as described below.
1-BASE RATE BOOKING POLICY
Full amount refunded if cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
If in and less than 30 days before CHECK IN DATE cancelled deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.

Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions
By making this reservation you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:
1. NON_REFUNDABLE payments are non refundable under any circumstances including but not limited to cancellation, no show, evacuation for reason of misconduct, etc.
2. Guests agree to pay the total balance upon check-in, failure to do so may cause the reduction of the reservation period to the minimum amount of nights that can be covered by the deposit amount already paid (and non refundable). If guests wish to extend their reservation they may be asked to make a new reservation.
3. Mina’s Guest House agrees to allow registered guests to use and occupy the premises as temporary residence as long as the named registered guests agree to and abide by the following house rules (Renter's responsibility agreement):
a) To use the premises only for the purposes of temporary residence, and no improper or questionable purpose whatsoever, and to neither permit nor suffer any disorderly conduct, noise, or nuisance having a tendency to annoy or disturb any persons occupying the adjacent premises.
b) To neither hold nor attempt to hold Mina’s Guest House liable of any injury or damages, either proximate or remote, occurring through, or caused by User’s use of the premises. User shall indemnify and hold Mina’s guest house Harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of User’s use of the premises.
c) To not cause any kind of damages to the including but not limited to furniture, linens, TV, keys or anything being offered to use and will agree to recover the damages by allowing Mina’s Guest house to charge the amount to repair the damages. (Please note that we do not go after little things like tear and wear of objects and spaces resulting from normal use. This rule is only to make sure that keys are being returned upon check-out, towels are not taken and that no damage is caused to any of Mina's Guest House's properties).
d) To allow Management to enter mentioned room in case of emergency or inspection.
f) Maximum capacity of each room is limited to what is specified on the booking website at the moment of reservation ( 1 guest only for rooms M2. 2 people for all other rooms). This is enforced at night-time and morning-time between the hours of 11 PM and 11 AM unless management agrees otherwise. Outside of these hours visitors are allowed within reasonable numbers and reasonable noise as to not disturbed other guests. Partying in not allowed at any time and disrupting visitors may be asked to leave the premises without prior notice.

h) The cleaning of the rented room is the responsibility of that room's guests during the entire length of their stay. No cleaning service is available while guest is occupying the room. clean linen and towel will be provided upon request.
i) Guest is responsible for cleaning after themselves when using common areas like the kitchen and the shared bathrooms.
j) Not to smoke in any indoor area in the guest house.
k) Not to have visitors over after 11:00 PM, unless management agreed.
l) In the event of bridge of this contract guest may be evacuated without advance notice.
m) Guest is responsible for the physical damages caused by them or their visitors and allows management to charge the cost of repair to the credit card.
n) Guest agrees that management is not responsible to provide room for extension of their stay. Guests must reserve the room for further stay in advance, if available.
